REMEDY BRANDED 510 BATTERY RETURN POLICY
Remedy 510-threaded cartridge batteries are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty provided by the manufacturer. To activate this warranty, customers must register their product directly with the manufacturer using the information card included in the packaging at the time of purchase.
In-Store Return Policy – 30 Days from Purchase
Remedy Tulalip offers an in-store exchange for Remedy batteries within 30 days of the original purchase date, only for verified manufacturer defects. All exchanges are subject to product testing and approval at the discretion of store management.
Please Note: Exchanges will not be offered for issues resulting from:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
We recommend carefully reviewing and registering your product to take full advantage of the manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
At Remedy Tulalip, all sales are considered final. We encourage customers to carefully review their purchases before completing the transaction.
Exceptions to This Policy:
Returns or exchanges may be considered only under the following conditions:
- An online order was fulfilled incorrectly (wrong item or missing product).
- You present a valid receipt or have an active loyalty profile showing proof of purchase.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- The request is made within 2 hours of the original purchase.
- After 2 hours, any return or exchange is subject to managerial review and approval.
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria above.
